Many people have experienced tremendous success at direct sales, and for a variety of reasons. Most find that focusing in on their best skills provides a comfortable and manageable way to succeed. These skills can include a strong ability to speak to someone in person, over the telephone or in a presentational setting. Still, others have been able to use the Internet to their advantage; setting up websites, conversing through chat rooms, and even marketing through email, banner ads, and search engines. It is up to you to determine which method of marketing best suits your skills. Often it is the method you enjoy the most that works the best for you! Juvio has gone to great lengths to be one of the first Direct Sales Companies to truly embrace the concept of flawlessly merging online and offline marketing strategies under one compensation structure available on a global scale.

3.
BackWhat is the difference between a Direct Sales company and an illegal pyramid scheme?

A true Direct Sales company and the words "illegal pyramid scheme" really shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence.

Many times, the most notable difference between a Direct Sales company and an illegal pyramid scheme is the presence of an actual product. At the forefront of a successful Direct Sales company is a fantastic product that is available to the public at a reasonable price. Illegal pyramid schemes can usually be identified because there is no emphasis on product sales, work, or business building. Instead, there is a profound 'get-rich-quick' overtone and a myriad of outlandish and often unsubstantiated income claims. These so called opportunities last for just a handful of months, at best. Juvio has been successful in business since our launch in October, 2002. Juvio's Direct Sales model allows anyone to earn top money regardless of when they became an Associate Member whereas an illegal pyramid scheme only rewards those on top of all the others who joined after them or those that joined the scheme at the beginning. An illegal pyramid scheme will boast of "everyone making heaps of money" with no sales effort while a true Direct Sales company's business model is based on sales activity only. Juvio's compensation plan does not pay out based on 'levels' but rather on business sales volumes. Proof of Juvio's anti-pyramidal integrity can be found in the fact that many of Juvio's top earners have recently become new Associate Members of the company even though Juvio has been in existence for years.

4.
BackWhat is residual Income?

The concept of residual is really quite simple but true residual income can be surprisingly difficult to generate. Residual income means that your efforts today to build your business are not only financially rewarded immediately, but in the future as well. Because of Juvio's commitment to stability, quality and client retention you can rest assured that if you build a successful Juvio business today it will financially reward for generations to come.

5.
BackIs it possible to earn a residual income through Juvio?

Everyone has his/her own personal income requirement. Juvio has Associate Members that have earned from $20 to as much as $40,000 and more in a single month. The true power of Juvio's income opportunity is not in a one time payout, but rather in the residual aspect of earning override commissions every month through ongoing sales. This is further compounded by many who are rewarded month after month for work they have done in the past thereby providing true residual income and financial security. It is indeed possible to earn a substantial residual income through Juvio and successful Juvio Associate Members around the world are living proof to that fact. Typically those that are successful usually spend many hours to build and maintain a successful business. Some people participate in Direct Sales and never earn due to various reasons. Many times, they fail due to their not taking the business seriously, because they did not seek out guidance from their sponsor, or they were not willing to invest the necessary time to help their business become successful. With Juvio, your efforts can be financially rewarding. If your efforts are zero, your earnings will almost be guaranteed to be zero. Work a little, earn a little. Work a lot, earn a lot! There is no cap on what you can earn through Juvio.

6.
BackWhat products/services are sold through Direct Sales?

There is a large variety of products and services sold through the Direct Sales model. Juvio offers 24/7 premium computer Tech Support, computer training lessons on CD, and lines of superior personal care and nutritional products.

7.
BackHow do I know the stability of a company?

While the stability of all companies is subject to interpretation, you should seek a company that has managed to properly position themselves as a leader in their respective industry. An added benefit would be if the company is at least two (2) years of age or more so as to avoid the 'growing pains' associated with most startup companies. Proven success stories and verifiable track records are almost exclusive to older, more stable companies.

8.
BackWhat types of compensation plans are there?

There are several types of compensation plans available through an assortment of hundreds of derivatives and hybrids of each plan. The most common plans are the stairstep, the breakaway, the unilevel, the binary, and the full matrix. Some plans combine elements of numerous plan types. Juvio's Global Share compensation plan exploits many of the positive elements of different pay plans while eliminating the frustrating negatives so as to offer every Associate Member an all-encompassing, global compensation plan with over a dozen available bonuses.

9.
BackAre there Direct Sales businesses all over the world?

Many successful Direct Sales companies have expanded outside their home country to find even greater success through marketing in other parts of the world. Juvio offers our products/services and opportunity on a global scale through nearly one hundred (100) countries.

10.
BackAfter I find a good Direct Sales company, what do I do next?

If you have found a company that you wish to join, instructions should be provided by the company on what to do next. Many times contacting your sponsor or the person that referred you to the company is the best place to start and find out the best way to jump start your business. Many companies and Associate members provide training materials, advice, and promotional items to help you build your business.

29.
BackI don't have a credit card so how can I pay?

In addition to accepting approved credit cards as payment, Juvio also accepts personal checks (issued from a United States bank only) and U. S. or International money orders for payment. In addition to these options, Associate Members and non-participant customers in the USA may use the Juvio online check acceptance program featuring quick and easy automatic debiting of your approved checking account.

30.
BackI live internationally so what are the extra costs?

Juvio has established its monetary scale based upon the U. S. Dollar. As such, all fees and commissions are processed and paid in U.S. dollars. Earning Associate Members residing outside the USA shall incur a fixed commission fee of US$8.00 per commission check draft mailed via US Postal Services. Earning Associate Members residing outside the USA who opt to not receive a printed commission check but, instead, receive their earned commissions via Direct Deposit wire transfer shall incur a flat fee of $20.00 for said services.
Other fees may be applied by your banking institution. All such extra fees are not in the control of Juvio.

There are many examples of women who have achieved success with Juvio, just as there are of women who have succeeded in partnership with their partners.

32.
BackHow much will I earn and when?

It is not possible to give a definite timeline with regard to your personal Juvio income growth as all such compensation is the responsibility of each Associate Member. Juvio has a unique compensation model designed to reward both your personal efforts, as well as sales organization efforts through the successful marketing of Juvio products and services. Personal and Group sales volumes will dictate your rank, thereby dedicating what, if any, bonus pools in which you will participate. There is no cap on your earning potential with Juvio. For a historic overview of what different Juvio bonuses and ranks have paid out in the past, simply visit the 'Previous Pools' sub-section found in the 'Income' section of your Juvio backoffice. Juvio runs a monthly commission cycle with earned commissions being paid on or before the 25th of each month following the commission cycle closure (9th day of each month).

33.
BackDo I have to be an Associate Member in order to access the products/services?

No, you don't have to become an Associate Member in order to purchase any of Juvio's products or services. You may join Juvio as a non-participant customer (NPC) only and enjoy all the fabulous benefits of Juvio's product and service offerings.

34.
BackWho is Speak with a Geek?

Speak with a Geek, Inc. (SWAG) is a Juvio Corporation subsidiary. SWAG offers consumer tech support services to a much smaller audience created through traditional advertising methods. SWAG does not compete with Juvio nor does SWAG offer a compensation plan program to individual subscribers as does Juvio. SWAG offers consumer tech support services only and does not have any other product line to offer to clients. SWAG provides a unique controlled test environment for technical products/services that may be in future development in the Juvio Research and Development department.

35.
BackDo I have to make minimum purchases of products/services?

No, Associate Members are not required to make any minimum or ongoing product purchases. Only Associate Members of the Bronze level or higher must pay the monthly Administrative Fee (US$7.00) required to maintain that rank and gain full access to personal Juvio websites.

36.
BackIs there any selling involved?

All Associate Members in good standing are authorized to represent and sell Juvio products and services, as well as participate in the Juvio Global Share compensation plan. All such Associate Members may sponsor new Associate Members into the Juvio program. All Juvio Associate Members have their own personal online store that offers every Juvio product and service available. Sales to others from your online store will generate Personal Commission Volume (PCV), which counts towards your Juvio earnings eligibility. The simple fact is that you can't make money in the Juvio business unless Juvio products/services are sold. To say it otherwise would be misrepresenting the Juvio Sales and Marketing Plan – a violation of our rules and policies. Juvio has been able to grow by leaps and bounds because of our make sense product and service offerings that are in extremely high demand. Many Juvio Associate Members report that simply sharing their experiences as a Juvio Associate Member is all that is needed to help make a new sale.

37.

BackCan I transfer/will this business to my heirs?

Yes, your Juvio Associate Member account is willable and may be included in your Last Will and Testament.

50.
BackDoes Juvio have any influence over Associate Members' business?

To become a Juvio Associate Member, an individual must join in agreement to abide by Juvio's governing rules and policies. Our rules and policies promote ethical direct selling principles and provide practical procedures for all Associate Members to observe in operating their Juvio business. These governing rules and policies mandate a certain business practice. As such, Juvio has the right to enforce these rules and policies through its contract with all Associate Members – up to and including termination of that contract if necessary.

51.
BackHow can I set up my account to make sure I don’t miss any important email updates from Juvio?

It is recommended, but not required, that you use an email address that is specific to Juvio which can be set up in your “Account Profile”. All returns of product must have a pre-authorized Return Authorization Number given by the Associate Support department prior to return shipment. Returns that do not bear this Return Authorization Number on the exterior of the package in clear, readable, bold print are subject to refusal of acceptance.

Once a refund is granted, it typically will take 7-10 business days to clear the exchange portals. All refunds are tendered to the original form of payment only. BackDoes Juvio offer some basic business tips?

Yes, our basic suggestions primarily pertain to USA business practices but can also be adjusted in principle to most situations. As always, you should seek out competent and professional business/tax advice from a certified or licensed expert in your area.

These basic business tips have been provided to you as a courtesy from the firm of Earl Walters, CPA (Oklahoma, USA):

"Venturing into a home-based business can be exciting and create some positive aspects to your tax liability. However, you are responsible for being sure that you qualify to take advantage of certain tax breaks.

For your consideration, here are a few tips that could allow you to save taxes while helping you to better gauge your business successes.
  • As soon as it is feasible, you should set up a separate bank account for your business. It has been suggested before that when you are earning $500 or more in monthly income from your business that you establish an account.
  • Keep the records on a cash basis. That means that you only account for revenue and expenses as the cash is received and expended.
  • Usual categories of acceptable expenses are:
    • Office Supplies
    • Telephone Long Distance Charges
    • Accounting / Legal Fees
    • Advertising Costs
    • Promotional Materials – magazines, DVD's, brochures, etc.
    • Postage and Shipping
    • Vehicle Mileage
    • Travel Expenses
    • Computer and Attachments
    • Internet Services related directly to your business
    • Computer maintenance and Tech Support services
    • Administration Fees
    • Cellular Telephone Expenses
    • Educational CDs purchased for promotional purposes
  • If possible, set up a separate credit card for the business and use it for all expenses possible. This makes for easier tracking and reporting of expenses.
  • If you purchase any equipment, such as a computer, printer, scanner, etc., be sure to keep the receipts separate from general expenses.
  • Keep a log of all business mileage, such as trips to meetings, trainings, and visits to prospects. Even a trip to confer with your Accountant and/or Attorney is deductible! A small pocket calendar will suffice in keeping these records.
  • Review your records with a certified professional at least twice a year to avoid missing certain tax advantages. Waiting until the end of the tax year may be too late to be of good to you. Discuss any major business plans with your tax professional in advance to as to avoid tax complications, if any.
  • Be prepared to keep all records for at least 4 consecutive years after filing the tax return.
  • As your business grows, you may want to examine the possibility of changing to a Corporation or Limited Liability Company. Seek professional advice regarding the best options for your situation."

Section D:    Global Share Compensation Plan

PCV = Personal Commission Volume
GCV = Group Commission Volume
NPC = Non-Participant Customer

59.
BackHow do I earn PCV?

In order to earn PCV, you must either personally sell any of the commissionable Juvio products/services (General CV items) or purchase for resale any of the commissionable special Presentation Kits and subsequent Refills (Premium CV items). Each product/service is valued at a certain CV amount. PCV is required to earn for all commission ranks.

60.
BackHow do I earn GCV?

GCV is comprised of the PCV as generated by you and every Associate Member within your personal sales organization. All ranks (excluding Alpha) require GCV to earn commission eligibility.

61.
BackWhy did my PCV amount reverse?

In normal business operations, customers occasionally decide to not keep their product/service for reasons outside our control. Due to Juvio's generous customer satisfaction policy, we are quick to issue refunds for all legitimate cancellation and/or refund requests. If you desire growth within your personal sales organization, it is advised you become an active Associate Member by personally sponsoring the sale of Juvio products/services while training others to represent the Juvio products, services, and income opportunity.
